This year, it was the Commune de Courcelles in the Nièvre that welcomed us for the annual General Assembly, in a friendly and friendly way. The organization has been flawless. In addition, the weather was superb! On the Saturday after the reception at the town hall, the participants took a bus to the castle of Guédelon. It is a castle under construction that shows the techniques used and the different trades needed. A captivating guide accompanied the group throughout the tour.

On the way back a stop was planned in Pouilly on Loire with a visit and a tasting of the local wine known internationally. The very friendly evening took place around a well-stocked buffet allowing a fruitful exchange between the participants.

After a night at the home as usual, the general assembly was held in the communal hall. Then it was a visit to the Grasset Museum in Varsy, commented by a former mayor, a local scholar, and a curator who passed on to us both their passion for these objects accumulated by Auguste Grasset. The presentation was lively and interested the visitors a lot.

At noon it is the lunch offered by the association, and made by the restaurateur of Courcelles, which brought the Courcellois around the table with a very hearty menu. To digest, in the afternoon, a guided walk allowed to discover the communal forest of Courcelles.
